Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days:

1.) Package up the items and ship to the return address. Please tell us the reason for returning!

2.) Must have original tags.

3.) Must be returned from a smoke-free home.

4.) No return on SALE items.

5.) Store credit is given back, no cash refund.

!!! You have 30 days to return items from the order date.

If items arrive broken:

1.) Take pictures of the damaged items.

2.) Email the photos to tinroofgiftshop@gmail.com

3.) Someone will be in touch within 24 hours (Monday - Saturday)
